As Accounts Assistant you will have full responsibility, accountability and ownership for payroll and the day to day accounts. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Fortnightly payroll x 50 staff (using MYOB Payroll)
  • Invoicing
  • Follow up overdue accounts
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconciliations
  • GST, PAYE, FBT and Provisional tax
  • Accounts Administration

To be considered for this role you must be able to commence the assignment starting mid-May and commit to a 2-3 duration (poss longer). You will have experience using MYOB and MYOB Payroll with solid accounting skills and experience.
