About the role

If you would like to join this friendly, committed and hardworking team who are very client focused and all about healthy happy smiles then this could the perfect role for you! You may be returning to the workforce or perhaps prefer part time work to fit in with your other daily activities; this 9 month contract working 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday is great! If you have previously worked in a client focused role, had some exposure to sales and relationship building then keep reading!

Your typical duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Call existing customers on a regular call cycle
  • Advise customers of upcoming promotions and products
  • Cross sell and upsell to increase customer spend
  • Update and maintain the customer database
  • Provide support to the Sales Representatives
  • Provide back up to the Customer Service team
  • Process online orders

Skills & experience: 

  • Previous experience in customer service with the ability to upsell and cross sell
  • An interest or experience in the healthcare / dental / pharmaceutical industries desirable
  • Confident over the phone and able to build rapport quickly with clients
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and motivated to achieve your targets
  • Able to pick up and understand a large diverse range of products
  • Plenty of initiative and are able to see a problem through to completion
