CEO of a specialised Not for Profit seeks a right hand person. Strong EA / PA, Office Management and Administration skills & experience essential

  • One on one EA role assisting and supporting CEO. Salary $60-65,000
  • Autonomous, hands on role oozing with variety, responsibility & ownership

This is an exciting, varied and hands-on role assisting and supporting the CEO of a specialised Not for Profit. The organisation focusses on delivering professional development within the education sector.

Reporting to the CEO you will be the driving force behind a vast range of administrative functions, ensuring the organisation operates at optimum level and efficiency. The role is busy, varied and diverse, the range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the CEO – being her right hand person
  • Diary and travel management
  • Prepare meetings
  • Create and implement effective and efficient systems and procedures
  • Update and maintain the database and website
  • Prepare Board papers
  • Administration
  • Minutes at meetings
  • Manage and co-ordinate events and workshops
  • Ensure clear communication is delivered (written and verbal) to internal and external delegates and stakeholders
  • Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and format presentations, documentation and reports
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently

You will need to have the following skills and attributes:-

  • Proven PA / EA experience
  • Interest in Education and the welfare of our younger generation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Takes responsibility, accountability and ownership of your role and actions
  • Thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions
  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience
  • A can-do, willing, flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Highly structured, planned and organised
  • Professional and well presented
  • Methodical and thorough
