This year for Christmas we are looking for fantastic candidates who are looking for new and exciting job opportunities in 2017; these candidates will need to have an array of skills and experience working within the Office Support arena, in roles such as: Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Accounts, Administration, Sales Support and/or Reception.

  • Support Partners, Solicitors, Authors and Associates
  • Diary and travel management
  • Prepare meetings

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

  • Assist and support Senior Executives, being their right hand person
  • Pre-empt the needs of the Executives
  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Be the first point of contact for the Executives
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and documentation
  • Project work
  • Handle confidential issues and information
  • Take minutes
  • Co-ordinate and organise meetings, functions and events
  • Monthly expenses
  • Administration
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently

Sales Support / Administrator

  • Assist and support the Manager and sales team with a range of administrative functions
  • Prepare meetings and meeting rooms
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Action online enquiries
  • Update the database
  • Maintain the website
  • Update social media sites
  • Prepare quotes, reports and documents
  • Administration
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently


  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist and support the team with their administration
  • Ensure the Reception area operates smoothly and is always neat and tidy
  • Type documents
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Order office supplies and stationery
  • Administration
  • Banking


  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • End of month processes
  • Invoice
  • Follow up outstanding payments
  • Code and enter account details into the system
  • Administration
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Reconciliations
  • Prepare IRD returns
  • Assist the Finance Manager and team
  • Prepare reports
