Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant – Litigation

This well established Legal Firm is based in the CBD and seeks an experienced, competent and efficient Legal Secretary. Do you have what it takes?

Your associated duties and responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Open and close files
  • Prepare bills
  • Secretarial work for one Director
  • Draft letters
  • Administration 

You will have the following skills and experiences: 

  • You will have litigation Personal Assistant / Secretarial experience
  • Organised, systematic and good at creating effective habits with great time management
  • Can work within a team
  • Be proactive; see all tasks to the end
  • A willing can do attitude!
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
