This CBD boutique Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support one of the firm’s Partners who has vast experience in Commercial Litigation. You will join a team of successful, hardworking, fun and funky individuals who all work cohesively together and enjoy a laugh and the odd social activity together also.

Your typical duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Dictation typing – using Olympus
  • Drafting billing letters
  • Drafting timesheets
  • Printing and filing – electronic and hardcopy
  • Opening and closing of files
  • Administration

Skills and experienced required: 

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word
  • Previous experience with Infinity
  • Fast and accurate dictation typing experience
  • You will be organised, efficient, with good time management
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • A confident Legal Secretary who enjoys being the support person
