In this role of NZ Franchising & Construction Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying suitable sites and premises for construction development, building due diligence, lease negotiations, oversee refurbishments and relocations, budget and project management through to identifying suitable franchisees.
You will be entrepreneurial, have strong business acumen, understanding of lease agreements, negotiate terms confidently and be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple building projects / developments at any one time. You will be results focused, driven, have a natural ability to foster strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders throughout NZ, think outside the square and be extremely resourceful.
