This well respected law firm overlooking Auckland’s waterfront is seeking an entry level Office Assistant to join their friendly, supportive team. If you have plenty of common sense, excellent spelling and grammar and are keen to work in a legal firm where there is plenty of room for growth; then this could be a fantastic start to your career. The role will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Reception relief – covering breaks or absence
  • Daily banking
  • Delivering documents
  • Filing in the High and District Courts
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Photocopying and binding of legal documents
  • General office housekeeping – ensuring the kitchen is tidy and well stocked
  • Ordering catering for meetings as required
  • Scanning and loading deeds onto the system

If you are seeking an entry level role and have an interest in working in a law firm this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot into the corporate world. We are seeking someone who possesses the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent english communication skills, with exceptional grammar and spelling
  • Minimum of restricted Driver’s License essential

  • Motivated, ambitious and keen to learn
