This renowned high profile company within the finance / property / banking sector are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant.  Within this role you will be working at executive level undertaking a multitude of duties and responsibilities ranging from:

  • Assist and support the Executive being his right hand person
  • Office management, ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
  • Preparation of Finance documents, reports and proposals
  • Building and tenancy management and maintenance
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain and update company websites
  • IT management – trouble shoot
  • Supplier negotiations
  • Ordering of supply’s and stationery
  • Event management
  • Preparation of meetings 

To be successful in this multifaceted role you will have an excellent willing, can do, flexible, attentive “nothing is too much trouble”, first class personality and attitude, along with the following skills and experiences:

  • Applies exceptionally high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adheres to high standards and high expectations
  • Second to none spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Previous experience working within the finance or property sector beneficial
  • Natural ability to juggle and multitask
  • Pre-empts the needs of others
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions
  • The ability to work autonomously taking responsibility, ownership and accountability for your role and actions
  • Driven, motivated and self-managing
