This high profile corporate organisation needs a Professional Corporate part time Receptionist to manage their front Reception desk between the hours 12.30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Are you the one they need?

The associated duties and responsibilities to this very important part time Reception role include:

  • Ensuring the Reception area operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
  • Phones are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Visitors are greeted in a professional, warm and welcoming manner
  • Co-ordinate and prepare of meetings rooms
  • Ordering of supplies and stationary
  • Assisting and supporting the surrounding team with a range of administration functions
  • Mail and couriers
  • Maintaining the database
  • Making recommendations for improving processes and procedures
  • Administration
