This is a great opportunity to further advance your Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant career.

In this role you will dedicate your time and energy to the Executives and Senior Consultants. You will be their right hand person, undertaking their day to day administrative functions allowing them to focus on the strategic elements of their roles. Within this role, you will need to be extremely well organized – be one step ahead, able to pre-empt the needs of others around you, be proactive, apply high energy levels, and have the ability to effectively juggle a number of tasks at any-one time.

This is a busy, varied and diverse role; the range of duties and responsibilities will incorporate:

  • Assist and support key Executives / Consultants
  • Undertake the administration functions on behalf of the key Executives / Consultants
  • Handling confidential information
  • Co-ordinate and organise meetings
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Processing monthly expense claims
  • Administration
  • Liaising internally and externally
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and documentation
  • Project work
