About the role

This role of Personal Assistant – Dictaphone Typist is busy and varied.  You will predominately assist and support a Senior Adviser undertaking his dictaphone typing and when time prevails you will assist and support 2 other Senior Advisers with a range of administrative functions (preparation of meetings, event co-ordination and administration support).  To be successful in this role you will enjoy dictaphone typing and will have a can do and willing attitude.

Skills & experience

To be successful in this role you will enjoy dictaphone typing along with having a can do, adaptable, flexible and willing attitude. Ideally you will have a Legal Secretary background with fast and accurate typing.
