This is not your standard mundane Reception role! Absolutely not! Whilst being based at Reception you will be undertaking a range of Legal Secretarial, Administration and Personal Assistant functions. This is a busy and varied role working in amongst a great close knit team of legal professionals who are fun and down to earth.

The associated duties and responsibilities to this busy and varied role will include:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Answering the phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting and supporting the surrounding team undertaking their day to day administration tasks
- Ensuring the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
- Preparation of meetings
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
