The Receptionist is off to have her first baby in January so this small, friendly, professional team in Ellerslie need you to take the reins for 12 months! As the Receptionist, naturally you will answer the phones, meet and greet clients and organise couriers. To add some variety to the mix you will also assist and support the Director and surrounding team by keeping the database up-to-date; order the office stationery and supplies; send out invoices and statements; and other administrative tasks. To be suitable for this important role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience working in a Receptionist role
  • Confident on Word and Excel
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Plenty of common sense and initiative
  • Always with a smile on your face and you take pride in your appearance
  • Excellent English communication and bright and bubbly phone manner
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
