About the role

Do you consider yourself to be a people person? You are professional in your presentation and manner? If you have previous experience within a reception based role and enjoying being the face and voice of a company then read on! Your typical daily duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting clients; making them feel welcome
  • Keeping the meeting rooms and reception area in tidy order
  • Arranging teas and coffees
  • Couriers, open and distribute mail
  • Ordering stationery
  • Assisting with any overflow typing that is required
  • Database maintenance
  • Providing administration support to the team when requiredTo be the successful candidate within this role you will have the following attributes:

Skills & experience

  • A bubbly and welcoming personality
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Professional presentation and can-do attitude
  • A great work ethic and makes good use of your common sense
  • An interest in the Legal sector desirable
  • Previous experience working in a Reception/Administration position within a professional environment
  • Competent using the Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
