Receptionist Administrator

About the Role

Join this well-established North Shore based company where the team work cohesively together, pitching in, helping each other out and sharing ideas to ensure the success of the business is at optimum level. Along with being the face of the company; meeting and greeting customers and answering calls; your day will be filled with a variety of duties. This could be anything from assisting the accounts department, arranging events, popping out to do the banking through to sorting out a big mail out. So; it’s important that you are flexible, adaptable and willing to pitch in and help out with various parts of the business – no job is too big or small for you! To be suitable for this busy varied role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Skills & Experience

  • Confident user of Word and Excel
  • Makes good use of your initiative, sees opportunities for efficiencies
  • You will be a self-starter, have a positive can-do attitude and is a team player
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to pitch in and help out where needed
  • You will be well presented and take pride in your appearance
  • Confident, bubbly and a real people person
  • Excellent English written and oral communication and able to interact with a wide range of people
