About the role

This is an amazing opportunity to join a reputable company supplying products to the building merchants. They are looking for someone with plenty of initiative, who is courteous and helpful to customers and has a desire to make a career for themselves.  Within this busy and varied role your typical day will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient processing of sales orders
  • Responding to and resolving customer queries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database
  • Administration
  • Assisting the surrounding team

Skills and experience
