This architecture studio is a mass of highly driven, motivated and enthusiastic architects.  Each and every team member is driven to succeed in every project they take on; they are passionate in what they do, this is reflected in their exceptionally high quality and award winning work.

Over the years this studio has grown rapidly, whilst changing the face of Auckland’s hospitality, residential and commercial architecture, from which their work receives global acclaim and awards. They now require a Studio Manager to assist and support the Managers and team in all aspects of running this busy architectural firm, whilst focussing on the continual improvement of the studio with a strong focus on ensuring the architects are kept up to date and educated on the latest and greatest trends, products and developments. Within this position your varied daily duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Being the face of the studio meeting and greeting visitors
  • Update and maintain company website
  • Organisation of weekly work in progress meetings
  • Organisation of the continued professional development
  • Providing information for marketing requests
  • Project coordination / support
  • Tracking and filing of current projects data
  • Preparation of presentations and documentations
  • Administration
  • Assist and support the team undertaking their administration burden allowing them to focus on projects

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Have previously worked within a professional team support role
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat advantageous
