This National and International award winning Architecture Firm is on the hunt for the perfect Studio Manager. Someone who can really come in and take ownership of the role.  Being resourceful is extremely important as with being able to keep up with the trends and developments of the industry.

This well established and highly regarded Architecture Firms is experienced in many areas, namely; Residential, Hospitality, Retail and Commercial. It’s an open plan office with an exceptional drive behind the word TEAM. Your duties and responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Organise and co-ordinate continued professional development
  • Continuously research new trends and development
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively
  • Assist and support management and the surrounding team
  • Manage and co-ordinate events
  • Update and maintain website
  • Provide information in response to media requests
  • Assist and support with large projects
  • Travel management
  • Order and replenish kitchen and office supplies
  • Petty cash
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Administration
