Duties and responsibilities will include: office administration, accounts (loading and coding accounts payables and receivable, reconciliations), ordering of stationery and supplies, event management, project work, preparation of meetings, health & safety, document preparation, through to ensuring the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
