About the role

In this role you will assist and support the surrounding team, your days will be busy, varied and will cover a kaleidoscope of duties ranging from:

  • Coding and entering invoices using MYOB
  • Raising payment slips and sending remittance advice
  • Reconciliations
  • Cheque preparation and banking
  • Filing creditor invoices
  • Posting creditor payments
  • Complete contract claims for processing
  • Collate management fees – monthly
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Assisting and supporting the surrounding team, undertaking administration functions on their behalf
