Join a well-established, professional team in this busy and varied role. You will be the right hand person to the Executive Assistant whilst also assisting and supporting the wider team. Your day will involve a wide range of duties and responsibilities which include:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Organising mail and couriers
  • Assisting and supporting the surrounding teams with a range of duties
  • Entering creditor and debtor invoices into MYOB and Xero
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Administration

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
  • A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
  • MYOB and/or Xero experience desirable
  • A basic understanding of GST, creditors and debtors
  • Competent using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • General office administration experience
  • Self-managed and self-motivated
  • Driven, enthusiastic, no task is to big or small
  • Bubbly, energetic and makes good use of your initiative
