About the role

We are looking for a switched on, focussed customer service representative to join a dynamic, energetic, operations team, who have a strong focus on customer service, ensuring all delivery deadlines are met. Your role will be the vital link, with your daily duties and responsibilities including:

  • Answering of customer queries (via phone or email)
  • Placing of customer orders in the SAP system
  • Ensuring all orders have been placed accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Liaising with the operations team
  • Administration support

Skills & experience

To be successful within this role you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Worked within a professional customer service role for a minimum of 3+ years
  • Experience using SAP
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent time management is essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Makes good use of your initiative
  • Takes accountability, responsibility and ownership for your role and actions
  • Fast, effective, efficient worker with a willing and can do attitude
