This close knit team seek a Customer Service / Sales Support STAR!! You will have a natural ability to multi-task, prioritise, solve problems, provide solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
This role will provide you with plenty of variety; not only will you interact with the customers, you will also troubleshoot, update the database, support the Account Managers and surrounding team.
Your typical week will include a range of duties and responsibilities:
- Dealing with and answering customer queries (phone and email)
- Problem solving
- Inventory – monitoring stock levels
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Database management
- Extensive customer interaction
- Helping Customers with their orders
- Assisting the Account Managers
To be successful in this role you will be confident and outgoing and not afraid to upsell / cross sell when appropriate. You will be a great communicator (clear and concise!), able to think outside the square with a great work ethic, coupled with proven relevant skills and experience; ideally a background in FMCG and comfortable working in a sales environment.
