This role of Personal Assistant / Administrator assists and supports two Barristers; you will be their right hand person undertaking their associated administration functions. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm (25 hour week). Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Preparation of meetings
- Dictaphone typing
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Update the website
- Update and maintain the database
- Update and maintain client files
To be successful in this busy and varied role we are seeking an outstanding individual who thrives having responsibility, ownership and accountability for your role and actions, is self-motivated and driven, applies high integrity and confidentiality, is natural at multi-tasking and is very organised.
