If you enjoy working in a close knit team being the right hand support to two Barristers undertaking their associated administration functions then this is the role for you!

This role of Personal Assistant / Chambers Administrator works part time, Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm (25 hour week, hours of work flexible). You will have sole responsibility undertaking the administration functions on behalf of the two Barristers. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Preparation of meetings
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Administration
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Update the website
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Update and maintain client files

To be successful in this busy and varied role we are seeking someone who is responsible, takes ownership and accountability for your role and actions, is self-motivated and driven, applies high integrity and confidentiality, is natural at multi-tasking and is very organised.
