About the role

We are seeking a passionate Part-time Receptionist who is an exceptional people person able to think on their toes, whilst being the support to the surrounding team, taking ownership for the reception area. You will be assisting and supporting the Administration Manager with daily tasks. This role is busy and varied consisting of the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Assist with the preparation for meetings and functions
  • Banking and petty cash
  • Process incoming invoices
  • Collate staff timesheets
  • Ordering of kitchen and stationery supplies
  • Printing, binding and collation of reports and documentation
  • Phone overflow for Wellington office
  • Administration support

Skills & experience

What is required to be the successful candidate for this role?

  • You have previously worked within a reception role
  • You enjoy being the first point of contact with exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • You are able to commit to part time hours and have flexibility
  • You are a valuable team player
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and coordination skills
  • Intermediate knowledge using the Microsoft office suite
