An awesome opportunity exists for an experienced Administrator to assist and support a fun team of professional Recruitment Consultants. This energetic, fun, friendly, professional team is seeking a fabulous Administrator with, professionalism, a great sense of humour and most of all a can do, willing and flexible attitude. Your ability to help out where ever needed will be immensely appreciated.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Meet and greet candidates
  • Conduct verbal references
  • Candidate care – touching base with candidates via phone and email on a monthly basis
  • Composing monthly newsletters
  • Proof reading and editing documents
  • Supporting and assisting a team of 3 Consultants
  • Preparation of meetings
  • Updating social media platforms
  • Database management
  • Database searches
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies
  • Loading of job ads
  • Collating timesheets
  • Administration
  • Ensuring the office operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Administration skills and experience
  • Good time management and able to prioritise your workload
  • A can do and positive attitude with the ability to think outside the square
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Have the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Great sense of humour
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
