We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant having worked within the property sector with the required skills and experience, allowing a seamless transition into this exciting opportunity. This is a multifunctional role keeping you on your toes; no two days will be the same. You will be assisting and supporting the Director on a daily basis, whilst being the sole administrator for the related business functions; ensuring the office runs smoothly effectively and efficiently. Whilst undertaking the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Preparation of meetings
  • Preparation of finance documents, reports and proposals
  • Facilities management
  • Update and maintain company website
  • Building and tenancy management and maintenance
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • IT management – trouble shoot
  • Supplier negotiations
  • Event management

 To be the successful candidate for this position you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previously worked within the property industry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adaptable, flexible with a willing can do attitude (no is task to big or small)
  • The ability to pre-empt needs of others
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft office suite
  • A great multitasker, who remains calm under pressure
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Adheres to high standards and expectations
