This well-known, successful organisation is at the top of their game, they are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who is too at the top of their game, to assist and support the team of Executives / Consultants. They seek a high calibre candidate to reinforce their reputation for excellence.

Your efficiency, professional and methodical approach, strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as your ability to remain calm under pressure will be well received in this role. You will be joining a well-established and successful corporate organisation based in Auckland central. The role itself will be busy and varied, so your broad Personal Assistant skill set, sound technical skills and multi-tasking ability will be well utilised. You will take ownership and accountability for your role, be proactive and make good use of your common sense, nous and initiative.

The array of duties and responsibilities associated to this Personal Assistant role include:

  • Assisting and supporting a small team who are self-sufficient yet need the administration burden taken off them allowing them to focus on the strategic side of the business
  • Handling confidential information
  • Minutes of meetings – bullet points
  • Co-ordinate and organise meetings
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Processing monthly expense claims
  • Administration
  • Liaising internally and externally
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports and documentation
  • Project work

For this Personal Assistant role we are seeking an outstanding individual who possesses the following skills, experience, qualities and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a PA role (essential)
  • Team oriented approach
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality

  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fast, accurate typing
  • Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks and make judgment calls on competing priorities
