About the role

This role requires a switched on, motivated Personal Assistant / Contracts Administrator to assist and support the Executive and Senior Management team; along with co-ordinating between all other departments to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met. You will have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise your workload, having a strong understanding of timelines and requirements. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Preparation and completion of legal documentation
  • Organise meetings and taking of meeting minutes
  • Monitor and track progress of documentation
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, lawyers and project managers
  • Update and maintain client database
  • Diary and email management
  • Administration
  • Assist and support Executive and Senior Management with their daily administration functions whilst ensuring all projects and sales are running on time

Skills & experience

We need a motivated, switched on team player where nothing is too much trouble. You will be results orientated with an eye for detail being methodical and resourceful, with the ability to be across a number of tasks at once. Having the following skills and experience will be essential to your success in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills essential both written and oral
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Previous experience within real estate or property beneficial
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • High attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office suite
  • Remains calm under pressure with the ability to handle large workloads
  • Takes accountability, responsibility and ownership for your role and actions
  • Systems and process driven
