They are the global leaders in commercial real estate attracting national and international investors.  You will be based at the Head Office assisting and supporting the team of highly motivated, energised and successful Sales Agents with a range of Personal Assistant, Marketing and Administration functions. This role has many facets associated to it including: administration and personal assistant functions, event management, campaign management, through to marketing collateral. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Assistant – undertaking the administration functions on behalf of the Manager and Sales Agents
  • Preparation of information memorandums, reports, presentations and proposals
  • Marketing – web presence, print, and promotions
  • Event management
  • Co-ordinate and execute marketing campaigns
  • Develop and create brochure’s, flyers, presentations
  • Co-ordinate and collate content for e-marketing campaigns

This role needs the assistance and support of an exceptionally well organised, highly motivated and driven individual who possesses strong Marketing and Personal Assistant skills and experience along with being: highly organised, thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions, professional, self-managing, deadline driven, hardworking, strong ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, makes good use of your initiative, nous and common sense along with having a fun sense of humour. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable and flexible attitude.
