About the role

Do you have professionalism, initiative and an excellent phone manner? Are you wanting to utilise and put your Reception and Administration skills and experience to great use whilst also gaining new skills in Accounts? This role has come about due to an internal promotion; it has plenty of variety, your days will be busy and it offers training and opportunities for growth. This is a role that encompasses a variety of Reception, Administration and Accounts duties including:

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Book and set up meeting rooms
  • Booking travel
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • General duties including mail, couriers, filing, archiving, printing, scanning, binding and mail-outs
  • Banking
  • Checking over accounts
  • Data capture of bank statements
  • Maintain and update database – using MYOBAE
  • Administration

Skills & experience

To be successful for this role you will ideally have experience in a similar role within an office environment. However if you are fresh out of University, have a great attitude, are hardworking and want to kick start your career in a role which offers training and plenty of growth then you may also be considered.  You will have excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. An enthusiastic, willing, can-do attitude will be essential whilst enjoying being a valued part of the team, working together reaching common team goals. You will be flexible, adaptable, makes good use of your initiative and able to turn your hand to any task that comes your way.  Nothing will be too much trouble. You will be comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook.
