Administration Assistant

This varied role offers all aspects of customer service, sales support and administration.  This friendly, cohesive IT support and communications company needs an administration warrior who is there to assist and support the surrounding team where no two days will be the same.  Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Administration
  • Administrative assistance to the Company Director
  • Facilitate company events
  • Arrange staff travel
  • First point of contact for key clients
  • Facilitation of site contractors
  • Update and maintain processes and procedural documentation
  • Assist with H&S co-ordination
  • Assist with billing/invoice processes
  • Reconciliation’s of supplier invoices
  • Respond to and resolve any customer issues
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Update the status of projects

Proven customer service experience, strong communication and organisational skills are needed to be the go-to person supporting this IT/Telecommunications company, along with the following skills and attributes:

  • Self-driven and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Professionalism and ability to use your initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Go the extra mile for customers
  • Previous customer service experience
  • QuickBooks experience is an advantage
