Are you able to commit to a 2-month temp assignment working in the heart of Wellington City for an Investment Bank, undertaking a range of administration functions? If so, apply now!
You will be joining a leading Wealth Investment Bank who offers tailor-made investment advice and options to their clients. You will be working in a fun team atmosphere who are hardworking, high performing and are renowned for an excellent team spirit.
Within this temp assignment you will be undertaking a range of administrative functions, ranging from onboarding new clients, opening client accounts, compliance and maintenance of documentation. Training is provided
To be successful in this role you will have proven office administration skills and experience, along with an exceptional can-do, willing, adaptable and flexible attitude, are able to think quickly on your feet creating innovative solutions. You will make good use of your initiative, nous and common sense; be highly organised, with a sharp eye for noting detail and accuracy, be self-managing, motivated, deadline driven, and hardworking.
Investment Banking experience would be advantageous, strong Administration skillset is essential. Great temp assignment.
