You will be joining a well-established company renowned for providing second to none tailored and integrated financial solutions and investment information to financial advisors, brokers and asset consultants. This pivotal role will suit someone who has a strong background in financial services, investment, wealth management, and or banking. This role is an integral part of the business.  This role is very hands on, you will assist and support financial advisors, brokers and asset consultants with information and requests, manage staff, trouble shoot and problem solve, be the CRM superuser, prepare reports, provide quality system support, compliance along with a broad range of administrative functions.

The associated duties and responsibilities to this role of client service manager will incorporate the following:

  • Assist and support financial advisors, brokers and asset consultants; being the ‘go to person’
  • Preparation of reports, and documentation
  • Respond to enquiries, provide outstanding customer service
  • Problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Administration
  • CRM superuser
  • Update and maintain files and information
  • Project work
  • Support business growth
  • Provide quality system support internally and externally
  • AML control and customer due diligence
  • Compliance

You will have a flexible, adaptable, willing and can-do attitude, whilst being well organised with a natural flair for multi-tasking.  You will also think outside the square creating innovative solutions, be professional, deadline driven, self-motivated, self-managing and most importantly you have a fun sense of humour.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-dimensional environment, your impeccable communication skills, and your adaptability to various technology platforms.
