Customer Service Representative

This is the ultimate customer service role, there will be no working weekends or nights, you will provide a high level of service to customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails and face to face. This role oozes variety and career development opportunities. The team is fun and hardworking, and the company is a well-established and successful, with a down to earth working environment.

The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with customers via telephone, e-mail and face to face
  • A mix of inbound and outbound calls
  • Produce quotes and orders to secure sales
  • Advise customers of stock availability and delivery times
  • Provide customers with solutions for supply and delivery
  • Maintain and build customer relationships
  • Send order and delivery confirmations to customers

To be successful in this position you have the following skills and experience:

  • Passion and previous experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong administration skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • A can-do attitude and willing attitude
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Be an exceptional multitasker
  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
