Distribution Manager

Distribution Manager is a unique, sole charge opportunity that oozes responsibility and ownership, undertaking a busy and varied range of duties and responsibilities including:

  • Coordinate and administrating of film distribution rights
  • Purchasing and delivery of assets for films
  • Source and co-ordinate delivery of assets
  • Manage the timely delivery of materials to cinemas
  • Arrange and coordinate the bookings of advertising material
  • Administration
  • Process expense claims
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Health & safety
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently

This role needs the assistance of an exceptionally strong communicator with exemplary time management skills. You will be highly motivated, have high energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation. Other skills and experience required include:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Creative with a focus on continuous improvement of processes
  • Experience with Box, InBox, on-line storage platforms is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, listening and communication skills
