This role is strongly ‘hands on’ and will suit a commercially astute lawyer with approx. 4 to 6 years’ PQE, who is comfortable taking ownership of matters, is skilled at delivering solutions-focused practical legal advice. You will be a clear thinker who displays initiative, enjoys interacting at all levels of business, and has a positive and constructive engagement style. You will be known for your relationship building skills and your ability to find pragmatic solutions to technical problems. Due to the diversity of work on offer, this role will suit a lawyer with sound general commercial/corporate legal experience who enjoys a challenging environment.

This includes providing legal advice to all business lines and functions, drafting and reviewing various contracts and documents, keeping the business up to date with legislative and regulatory change, participating in projects that require legal input, and managing legal risk.
