Office Manager

  • Autonomous, busy role with full responsibility of all administration
  • Hardworking, down to earth and easy going team
  • 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility on hours

This sole charge Office Manager role will offer you the responsibility, variety and flexibility you are looking for, with a mix of accounts, administration, and project work.

As Office Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Directors undertaking administrative functions on their behalf
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable (MYOB)
  • Collating and inputting of timesheets
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Project work
  • Entering stock
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies

To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Accounts Payable, Receivable and Administration experience
  • Experience using an accounting package similar to MYOB
  • Be resilient and hardworking with a can do attitude
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have a high level of common-sense
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Be able to juggle multiple projects and tasks at any one time
  • Be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously
