Personal Assistant

We are seeking a Personal Assistant, to support senior associates in this well-established legal firm, who is; assertive, organised, self-managing, tech savvy, solution orientated, time efficient, professional, and a team player.

This busy and varied role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Proof, format and edit legal documents
  • Drafting court submissions
  • Memorandums for Family Court
  • Diary, email and calendar management
  • Preparation of billing time and reports
  • Handle confidential issues and information
  • Minutes of meetings with clients and telephone conferences
  • Administration
  • Proof reading documents
  • Chasing clients for information

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in a Legal firm
  • Adaptable and motivated
  • Good at problem solving
  • Ability to manage your work whilst meeting deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Must have excellent document management skills
