Great opportunity to join a bespoke, full service design agency that specialise in brand development, signage, website design and printing. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst assisting and supporting the surrounding team.

In this exciting Administration role you will support the production team with duties such as:

  • Answering phones
  • Responding to emails
  • File management in InDesign
  • Proof reading copy
  • Updating websites in word press
  • Co-ordinating website builds
  • Managing client campaigns
  • Support the surrounding team
  • Projects work
  • Monthly invoices

This great opportunity would suit a recent graduate with the following skills, traits and experiences, wanting to develop and expand their career in graphic or website design: 

  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, InDesign or Word Press
  • Positive, can do, willing attitude
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes pride and an interest in their work
  • Focused and likes working in a fast paced environment
  • Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design or any other related field advantageous
