You will be a savvy, pragmatic, self-starter with a proven track record as a successful, commercially minded CFO / Financial Controller professional. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills that allow you to effectively engage and advise senior leadership and crucial stakeholders on finance and best practice in a changing and challenging environment. Key to this role is being able to develop, enhance and implement policies, procedures, processes, systems and controls to improve risk profile, operational efficiency, profitability and overall business performance.

The CFO / Financial Controller role is responsible for the overall financial fitness and performance of the business. You will provide professional and credible support regarding accurate delivery and timely output of all financial management, budgeting, forecasting and accounting deliverables. Maintain a high performing team, including recruitment, training and mentoring staff and ensuring employee satisfaction and a positive and proactive team culture. Business performance analysis and providing commercial support. Oversee contracts ensuring commercial interests are optimised, along with business process improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute CFO / Finance Controller who enjoys a senior finance role, where you will have a broad range of responsibilities and plenty of ways to add value. The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA or similar qualified, have senior financial management experience in a commercial environment.
