This role of Compliance, Risk and Quality Manager is to ensure the company adheres/exceeds all compliance obligations and revenue is maximised. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, an integral part of the Executive Team who has influence across all departments and facets of the business ensuring full optimisation.
This is a unique opportunity to join this forward thinking, dynamic, fast paced Education services provider bringing your proven compliance, quality and risk management expertise to the organisation. You will be accountable for the development, execution and continuous improvement of compliance risk management frameworks, maximise revenue and funding optimisation and take the lead on remediation of identified gaps in policies, processes or control systems. Leading your team you will be responsible for compliance advice and reporting on adherence to appropriate policies and procedures, along with providing effective training and awareness.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of New Zealand regulatory requirements, experience at managing a team, and possess a comprehensive understanding of risk and compliance.
