The role of Dispensing Optician is busy and varied. Full training and support will be provided. As Dispensing Optician, you will undertake a range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Front of house duties; answering of the phones, meet and greet patients
- Assist and support the Optometrists
- Book patient appointments
- Assist patients selecting eyewear
- Administration
- Trouble shoot and problem solve
- Pre-test patients
- Eyewear measurements, adjustments, fittings and repairs
- Inventory and stock ordering
- Customer service
- Sales, receipt payments
- Dispense lenses
To be successful in this role, you will have second to none customer service skills, outstanding professionalism and personal presentation, a natural flair and an eye for style and fashion. You thrive working in a customer focussed role delivering exceptional service and expertise. You will have a can do and willing attitude with a hunger for success.
