This well-established team work cohesively together, pitching in, helping each other out and sharing ideas to ensure the success of the business is at optimum level. Along with being the face of the company; meeting and greeting customers and answering calls; your day will be filled with a variety of duties from managing the administration for all new stock and co-ordination of the logistics of stock, to liaising with external suppliers.

Tasks and duties in the role include:

·       Answer phones in a timely and professional manner

·       Meet and greet clients

·       Email management

·       Mail collection and distribution

·       Prepare correspondence

·       Order stationery and office supplies

·       Control and manage stock data

·       Support sales team with administration tasks

·       Coordinate the logistics, supply and preparation of new stock

·       Liaise with external suppliers

·       Kitchen Duties

This role requires a great communicator who is professional, with a flexible, adaptable attitude, and who is willing to pitch in and help out with various parts of the business – no job is too big or small for you!

To be suitable for this busy varied role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

·            Previous stock control experiences an advantage

·            Confident user of Word and Excel

·            Makes good use of your initiative, sees opportunities for efficiencies

·            You will be a self-starter, have a positive can-do attitude and be a team player

·            Flexible, adaptable, able to pitch in and help out where needed

·            You will be well presented and take pride in your appearance

·            Confident, bubbly and a real people person

·            Excellent English written and oral communication

·            Able to interact with a wide range of people
