This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic intermediate Human Resources Advisor who is professional, with knowledge of legislation and experience in conflict resolution. You will be an influential and vital member of the leadership team and will contribute to the success of the team by facilitating supportive, timely and value added solutions to the business.

In this role of Human Resources you will carry out the following tasks and duties:

  • Provide HR advice and support to Managers, leaders and staff
  • Coach, mentor, support and guide HR team member
  • Full remit of Recruitment
  • Performance management support, planning and advice
  • Training and development
  • Implement, manage and maintain the HR policy and procedures, ensuring legislative and company compliance
  • Provide operational advice and support across the business ensuring risks are identified and managed
  • Coordinate and facilitate initiatives to ensure consistency across the business
  • Lead inductions, training, toolbox talk
  • Oversee and follow up on all incident, accident and hazard reporting including injury management/claims and return to work
  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Management from inception to delivery
  • Health & Safety functions

You will be confident in your knowledge to add immediate value to this role and will possesses the following attributes and experience:

  • Experience in Employee Relations, Induction, and Recruitment
  • HR management and leadership qualities; leads by example
