Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive range of marketing strategies and initiatives across New Zealand and Australia. You will continue to build on their strong brand presence, strengthening engagement and connection. You will be responsible for all branding, marketing campaigns, responsibility for the activities of the marketing team, identify top revenue generators, develop close working relationships with all key stakeholders and create new, innovative and forward-thinking marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee the marketing team in New Zealand and Australia
- Financial performance and growth
- Execute regional marketing initiatives, strategies, campaigns and plans (New Zealand and Australia)
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, strategies and initiatives
- Ensure brand compliance
- Project work
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Create and manage a detailed annual marketing calendar
- Working across all facets of marketing ensuring optimum results
To be successful in this role we are seeking the following essential skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a senior level in a B2B environment within professional services sector
- Preferred NZ and Australia regional experience and / or experience of providing marketing support to a NZ company growing offshore
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Be a confident communicator and presenter
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrated marketing leadership and execution
- An eye for creative marketing opportunities
- Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with immaculate attention to detail
