You will be joining a highly successful benchtop business who assemble benchtops, splashbacks, vanity and laundry tops, fireplace hearths and surrounds, along with outdoor kitchen tops. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of office administration functions, you will be required to work 7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-2.30pm on Fridays in Papakura. Work and live local!
As Office Administrator you will undertake a variety of duties and responsibilities including:
- Assist and support the team
- Respond to customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service
- Load ‘jobs’ to the system
- Complete warranty forms
- Update clients with dates for installations and collections
- Scanning and uploading files
Proven administration skills and experience is essential as with: having a fun sense of humour, the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, maturity, making good use of your initiative, nous and common sense; being highly organised, thinking outside the square creating innovative solutions, being professional, self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and professional. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable and flexible attitude.
