The office of this transportation and heavy haulage company needs a switched on, quick thinking and resourceful Operations Administrator to oversee and co-ordinate all day to day operational activities within the business. Your day will incorporate a varied and diverse range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Quotes, pricing and invoicing
- Oversee and manage staff workloads and productivity
- Schedule fleet servicing and maintenance
- Assist and support the Dispatcher
- Monthly reports
- Health & safety
- Trouble shoot and problem solve
- Ensure the department operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
To be successful in this role you will be a people person, resourceful, quick thinking, thick skinned, solution orientated along with being firm yet fair.
